Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews for potential candidates, shaping their career paths
Build a network of skilled professionals while emphasizing the importance of consistency and follow-up
Qualify job duties with hiring managers/account managers, aligning with organizational strategy
Manage the end-to-end interview process, from initial contact to onboarding, incorporating a systematic and efficient approach
Stay updated on industry trends in Ontario
Develop and execute a business strategy within your assigned sector
Cultivate trusting relationships with candidates and clients
Your Contribution:
Customer-facing experience in recruitment, sales, services, or hospitality
Proven success in building strong, long-term relationships, reflecting our commitment to trust and consistency
Personal traits: competitive drive, ambition, adaptive & flexible, systematic & efficient
Excellent communication skills, emphasizing our values of doing what we say we’ll do.
Track record of achieving/exceeding performance goals
Degree or Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
