Help Desk Support Analyst - Contract
 
The Help Desk Support Analyst will be a key member of the team and will provide first line support for our client’s users locally as well as backup remote support for users in other offices in the US as well as home offices.  You will install, upgrade and maintain all software and hardware for all locations.

What you bring to the table:
-3+ years’ experience provided help desk support within a manufacturing environment
-Proficient in MS Office 2010 desktop support and Windows admin for Windows 7, 10 and Server 2008/2012, Exchange 2008 and MS Cloud
-Experience with mobile computing device support
-Experience with network performance tuning, software maintenance and process improvement
-Above-average interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
-MCP Certified (Microsoft Certified Professional)
 
Location: Tri-City Region
Position Type: 6 month contract with potential transition to permanent
Salary/Rate:  Negotiable, based upon experience
