Manufacturing Engineer

itec group is currently for recruiting an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for a growing company in the Hamilton area. The successful candidate will be responsible for process improvements, working with vendors, equipment installations, and plant layouts,  This is a great opportunity to join a growing dynamic company with competitive salary, a comprehensive benefit package, and career growth opportunities.



  • Leads the improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Design plant layouts and responsible for bringing in new capital equipment
  • Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Actively involved with new product launches
  • Troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions
  • Monitoring and understanding new technologies to improve quality and efficiency

What you bring to the table:

  • Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 yrs. experience in a hands on process development role
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with various departments
  • Proficient with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Proven experience with high volume manufacturing environment a must
  • Ability to Liaise and lead efficiently at all levels of the organization
