4th Class Operating Engineer
You are a licensed 4th Class Stationary Engineer that enjoys working in the manufacturing industry and you are confident with plant maintenance, refrigeration systems, boilers, pumps/compressors, and related power house/utility equipment.
Our client is a manufacturing facility for the Consumer Goods sector and is looking to hire an individual on their continental day shift. You are confident in a manufacturing setting and have at least 3 years of experience preferably in the food or consumer goods industry. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary with RRSP and benefits.
-Maintenance and troubleshooting of boilers, compressors, pumps, and refrigeration systems
-Work closely with the Chief Engineer and team members in the trades division
-Schedule contractors if necessary
-Optimize efficiency of all manufacturing systems
What you bring to the table:
-4th Class Engineer License (3rd also accepted)
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the consumer goods or related sectors
-Knowledge of automated machinery and systems
-Good communication, problem solving, and inter-personal skills
-Consumer goods, food, pharmaceutical industry experience
-Millwright, refrigeration tickets
