We are looking for an energetic and driven sales professional with a proven track record in consultative selling of professional service solutions.  You are well versed in the details of account management within a recruiting agency and you’re at ease cold-calling C-Level executives.  You thrive in an environment where you can’t help but meet your KPI’s, you know this is how you’ll win, how you’ll beat your competition and how you’ll make money.

 

You will:

  • Establish additional market presence in the Tri-Cities and GTA

  • Build and maintain a strong sales funnel for the local office

  • Manage the sales lifecycle of the staffing function for  contract and full time placements

  • Work with management in the execution of the market penetration initiative.

  • Remain current on existing and new trends in our industry

  • Build profitable business relationships and manage client demands while continuing to position itec group’s services above our competitors.

  • Meet and exceed targets

 

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 2+ years’ experience with strategic selling processes

  • Success in selling to all organization levels

  • Success in building strong, long term relationships

  • Competitive, driven and hungry.

  • Above average communication skills

  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding performance goals
